That's what I think too. Or any remote road where you see far ahead of you and when you don't, slow down, get over the blind spot and keep going if you have vision.

It's a valid measurement... when dealing with certain racing series :P Serious though, I would think the average consumer would be more interested in HP/MPG. Personally, I like HP/External engine size, as I think that's more relevant to road cars than HP/L, and I don't particularly care about MPG in most cars I buy.
