Don’t care what people say. I loved it and I look forward to where the next film will go. Please more Blue though. FIND A WAY! Maybe bring in some of the original cast (Grant / Malcolm / Ellie). I feel like Ellie would be a great counter balance to Claire’s more “prissy” woman.

Cue flurry of Doctor Who related posts in 3, 2, 1...

Ant-Man is the most fun Marvel movie yet (just edging out Guardians).

I think season 1 is great, like listening to a bright teenager talk about politics: So naïve and inarticulate but you can’t help but be bemused by their optimism and potential.

At least it had a couple of decent episodes. None I can name off the top of my head besides the pilot, but a couple ok ones. Nothing spectacular yet, though.

Season 1 introduced us to Q, season 1 is totally forgiven any perceived wrongness.

Star Trek: The Next Generation even contributed a formidable captain and crew in comparison to the original series.

There are still lots of places for the Sharknado series to go, Ferrante insists.

Glad I wasn’t the only one to spot that. Man that’s a good track. And film.

by far my favorite bond theme

yeah.. the quotation was obvious and welcomed ;)

One of my favorite instrumental tracks from the bond franchise. Love the John Barry Orchestra.

Now playing

Love the brief mention of the theme from “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” at 1:45:

I’m under the impression that “the Accords” will relate to some sort of registration act, or something equivalent.

While I agree with the overall sentiment that turf grass lawns don’t really fit in the desert, people with kids need something soft for the young’uns to play on. You can’t just send a toddler out to play in some dirt, rocks, and scorpions. I don't see why artificial turf couldn't be a viable option for them.

There's only one of him. He can't be everywhere at once. Also, the best iterations of the Justice League didn't have superman.

Even worse is that Snyder wants us to believe that Kal-El needs to learn these moral lessons to become Superman, but he already knew as a fucking child that saving people is a good thing!

So if Superman can do it all, destroy all, and build it all back before lunch, why do we need Justice League then? Makes for a really boring story.

Albert, I have said some really nice things about you and your writing in the past. I now recant those things, and repent of all my sins against the Deadspin commentariat. I renounce Burneko, and all his works.

I did too but understood why. Given the time frame and Hanks inability to cope with Janets death there was no way for that suit to be ready in time. Could have used more scenes of Hope kicking ass though.
