The app is already free with no microtransaction gates. I’ve been playing for several days and have not felt any need to buy a lunchbox. They’re just gravy.

Nothing is retconned though - JP2 and JP3 were both on the second island (used for R&D/growing the dinos). I was a little confused about where JP3 happened, but it was the second island as well.

JP2 and JP3 both happened on the second island (Isla Sorna). Though according to the movie’s official synopsis the park has been operating for about a decade. Presumably, containment and reconstruction on Isla Nublar began fairly soon after the first tragedy.

That’s ridiculous, Damian Lewis is only 3 years younger than Daniel Craig and nearly as grizzled. If they’re trying to go for a younger actor that can keep going for the next decade he would not be a good choice. Idris Elba would be great (though he himself is only 4 years younger than craig) but hasn’t everything…
