Regarding the A pillars and visibility in general, I see no reason why we wouldn't be able to incorporate a bunch of external cameras and either Pico projectors or flexible OLED displays to then project that good view back onto the blocked areas.

Two stroke engines are way smaller and lighter than four strokes. And comparing a 2 stroke non-streetable bike to a Grom is doubly invalid, without lights, wiring, etc. to account for.

I'm not a huge fan of front wheel drive cars but I would totally rock this car as a daily driver. Put the old CVCC badge back on and it'd be perfect.
I don't trust German electronics, base models are fine when it means you have better reliability and fewer things to repair in 3 years.
