I really enjoyed the directors cut. I didn’t lose the magic or the mystery or the blank slate this dark story became for me.

Street art is awesome and it doesn’t take much to cover it or remove it if you’re that kind of person. Some graffiti is just ugly and I hate that but you know what, we’re human, and graffiti is as old as we are. To call it terrorism is insulting, irresponsible, and embarrassing. As to geographic profiling, there was a

See, the “ever again” at the end of the first sentence of that excerpt is what got me. I hate extra words.

I agree with you 100%. The impression is that this software is to be used all over all of us is paranoia. When the police get a warrant for the crackhouse across the street, the cops don’t knock on every door in the county because they have a warrant. The FBI is not stealing everyone’s iPhones and hacking into them.

Am I seriously watching a different show than everyone else? These are great stories with great characters and a bunch of Easter eggs (and ok yes I was hoping for a revisit of those freaky inbred people but whatever) and I am having a great time enjoying this. OMG BEST BOOK EVER!

Robert R McCammon’s (I think that’s spelled right) swan song, the Dune saga, and The Chronicles of Prydain. I love it.

I think that would make it much more interesting and different than a hacker/computer/tech show. I think part of the fascination still today is that mechanical aspect.

Right? I was always like “dude, change your mumber, MOVE OUT OF CALI. Something. Your friends suck.”

::in Butthead’s voice:: this is the coolest thing...I have ever seen.

The Office, the Simpsons, and the X-Files.

Bahahaha “the wrong number of shits" LOL

Holy shit let’s get married.

I don’t agree that rape is edgy or a trope, nor are the other terrible things that happen to individuals. They are the violations that occur between human beings, they are dark transitions. They are defining moments of a life, of a time period for some stories, and they happen in real life. I wholeheartedly agree with

I was emotionally invested in that rock.

I am an educated, rational person, and though I am obviously biased I sure think I have great taste in all things cultural... AND I LOVE DISASTER PORN BRING IT BRING IT GIVE ME THE SCREAMING GUY AND HISTORIC LANDMARKS CRUMBLING TO THE VAIN CRIES OF HELPLESS THOUSANDS IN THE PATH OF IMMINENT DEATH!!!!

My helionometer broke...I am screwed.

Commercial Health Insurance. 75% of the time, you just don't understand your benefits. And its not like no one told you, and yes it is clearly spelled out in the benefit documents that your employer gave you. That 75% lack of understanding is directly related to YOU NOT READING. Also, today is my last day, and for

Did you seriously just come up with that now? Or did you already at some point in your past FOR NO REASON parody the lyrics to "Devil Went Down to Georgia" in relation to Charles Babbage and his obscure anecdote about attempting to summon the devil as a young man, and then have the inexplicable luck of coming across

I also had the same experience with TNG crystallizing my fan experience.
