That isn't entirely true, or at least we don't know it to be, is it? Xbox One isn't offering anything better, per say. It actually is just as much worse. It's a more digital offering, but lets not be overbearing and equate that to being better.

Which doesn't prevent them from applying the same logic and rule set to digital purchases. Sure, it might seem fractured, but that's actually not a problem. Want to lend out a digital product? Do it via the Internet. Want to lend out a physical product? Do it via the real world.
Tried contacting support?
What is there to discuss? You're trying to make something into an equivalence, that clearly isn't.
Or a genuinely shitty person. Both work...
Ah, well, that wasn't what I took away (Though, I didn't agree with parts of the post for my own reasons). Still, kinda odd to make that comment here and in that way, at least to me.
Oh, someone on the internet made a blog about something they found offensive, sure must condemn it right away! Let's comment about it on a round up post!
Not sure about Portal 2, but in Mirror's Edge, you can't move. It'll just display the "locked" segment, without you being able to interfere with the camera angle by moving your head around. I'd expect the same in Portal 2.
I can't wait to try this puck machine, I'm not entirely sold on the resolution and latency as of yet, but that might change when I get to try it out.
That's why I didn't say it wouldn't work! I don't know, I think it will, but that wasn't the point... developers not willing to support Windows 8 is. That's a big issue for Microsoft, even if all the software will work 100% on Windows 8. It is basically developers giving Microsoft the finger for their new policies.…
Last time I checked, I stated the situation. You know, Battlefield 4 being or not being supported, that situation.
No. A lot of pre-build, sure. A lot of pre-build won't even be able to start the game. So the relevance of this argument is still beyond me.
It is, but I don't feel it justifies the price point, especially not when considering that those whom I want to play with already own a 3DS. Download Play would be nice though!
Ha ha, I only play on my 3DS for short periods, so that isn't a problem for me. Guess I got a little bit more self control in that regard, plus the 3DS is only comfortable for so long... playing too long will cause cramp.
Same here, those whom I want to play with have a 3DS, so that isn't a barrier.
You aren't very reassured of your believability, are you? Given that you need to repeat yourself three times over.
Might have considered a Wii U if this wasn't also coming for the 3DS. Not that I mind, it'll be awesome to play this on the go. Or rather, I went somewhere and am bored out of my mind, might as well play Smash Brothers.
I'd always like to think that actual boycotters aren't so hung-up on being boycotters. They'll decide not to buy it and move on with life, rather than shouting and screaming how they'll never buy the thing.
It'll be interesting to see how it all unfolds, I just hope it goes at the cost of Microsoft, rather than the consumer and developer in the long run. Maybe we won't see Linux rise because it is great, but because Windows is growing worse with each passing day. Interesting times, software wise.
