Agreed, but I think FFXIV won't be free to play for quite a while. Not only did FFXI make them a lot of money, but FFXIV costed them a lot as well. But hey, there's a lot more sweet free 2 play titles out there, so even if we don't get FFXIV, there's plenty of other games we might still get.
