Your point is entirely valid. But I’m enjoying the fact that we’ve gone from “Here is a nice story about human kindness” to “that tire place is sketchy AF and trying to rip people off”. The warm and fuzzy feeling lasted about 3.5 secs.

How is that statement bereft of logic? The logic is quite simply. It’s a hypothetical question. A question that supposes a person has a hobby and poses the question of whether they would give up the hobby if it would end or significantly reduce needless deaths. My statement restates the question then answers it. It’s p

Much clearer. I’d probably avoid the street racing comparison in the future. It muddies your argument and is not a great comparison.

I’m still not getting your point. You’re comparing illegal street racing with owning a gun legally? I think overwhelmingly illegal street racing is seen as irresponsible and needlessly risks lives. Only illegal street racers would say otherwise.  Are you saying that owning a gun is the same?

Illegal street racing is illegal. Should we make it more illegal? or are you saying laws against things are useless? The whole it-still-happens-so-why-bother-trying-to-stop-it line of “thought”?

Who wants to throw in some $ to buy the location tracking on Pai?

Hey AT&T, how about you make you shitbag network work in Newark Penn Station first? You know where 10's of thousands of people commute through every week?

Not to wish ill on anyone, but 2019 would have started off right if Paul got hit by a car in his segment. It’s been true for a long time, but our society rewards morons. Can we bring back the Giant Asteroid posters for 2019?

Okay, this is fucked up. I agree there.

F-150's start at $15k right?

Also, there are many female cohorts that have worked with Neil for years. If he were as twisted as these stories suggest, he would have been disbarred a long time ago.

Aye. Whomever the contractor was that filled the ATM will either pay or their insurance will. That’s probably the real reason right there. Although, in court (if it went that far) the contractor could say that BoA didn’t try to mitigate it’s losses...blah blah blah

But how do you prove that they received $100s instead of $10s? Do they know for sure that only $100s were loaded in? Was it mixed? While it would be easy enough to see which accounts withdrew from that ATM, the legal headache of proving they received $100s instead of $10s is more trouble than it’s worth.

We’re really hiring geniuses over there aren’t we? So...the whole field of dry grass didn’t set off any warnings? /facepalm.

Fucking Citizens United...

it would cost far more to track down everyone who got cash from that machine and ask for it

Sooo...block out the sun. That is such a catastrophically bad idea. I’m certainly not a researcher or scientist in any field, but even 3rd grade science can see why this would be a bad idea. Reasons, such as plants need sunlight and we need plants for eating/feeding livestock/air.
