Majesco? Ok. They fell hard after failing to market Advent Rising.

Thank FSM I wasn't the only one thinking "What's the TV show have to do wi... oh."

So... no conversation about the topic, just personal attacks? K. I win.

There's a reason for the stereotype of women being primarily submissive. And it's the same reason why so many submissive men can't find compatible, sexually dominant women. It's because the stereotype is reflected in reality.

Well, it only took you about ten posts to actually get down to specifics.

That is not having "much *much* more power" than a regular employee: that is having much, much less.

Uh, no, that wasn't blatant condescension. That was honesty. It's been a while since I had to actually go do five minutes of research to counter a point rather than just being able to point out logical flaws.

I actually believe he wasn't, at least not at the time period in question. One was from Desmond's mother's side, one was from his father's.

I have already pointed out that I do not agree with you on this being an example of BDSM

I don't, my criticism of this photoshoot was made because it is up for public consumption.

Take your own advice. You didn't even address the fact that you completely missed part of my earlier comment and then accused me of not including such critical information.

Obviously they could choose to stop modeling but isn't the consequence of losing your job over unwanted sexual advances or remarks the definition of sexual harassment?

Again:

1) I can deal with being over-reactive in some cases.

Replying to your edited-in direct reply, which, btw, thank you for at least having the ovaries to not constantly play "Dodge the discussion".

1) We cannot so easily determine that the consent was non-coercive, considering that photographers often hold a position of power over models.

Who the fuck said anything about BDSM in this thread of comments? OH, that's right, you're the first person to bring it up.

Your argument with my argument has a flaw. You're discussing a person voting to take away a group's rights. This image does not do that. Unless you're stating that whomever this model is is both so famous and so iconic that she represents all women everywhere.

So... any public display or discussion of a particular concept that someone, somewhere finds objectionable (because for them personally it is not something they enjoy) suddenly turns it into assault against an entire group?

Nothing.
