It had different music, no SeeD uniforms, Rinoa is with you for some reason, you have Leviathan, and no party menu. I think the game was more or less the same otherwise. It's only been 15 years so I could be wrong!

There were a few changes, sure, but the thing that strikes me most is how perfect that demo was: It felt like its own, complete game, due to the fact that the mission was completely self-contained in the full version.
