It's funny you should say that! I was thinking the same, and had run a Google image search of Mew pictures while I was in the middle of leaving the first comment. The image search didn't turn up any similar poses though. :(

Need to give credit where credit's due; the image at the top of the page is pretty faithful to the Pokemon art style in my opinion! Though I feel I've seen that pose before...

It have a very Left 4 Dead feel to it judging by the screenshots. I wonder if that's what the project ultimately evolved into later on.
