While I would agree that the dealer system is flawed and ridiculous.

Sad to see that someone with a balanced take and conscious understanding of the actual needs of the industry essentially forced out due to lack of funding. This is the kind of person I want developing this technology, not a bottom-line focused investment firm or “disruptive tech” bro.

I’d add: If you can afford the car, you can afford a performance driving course/instructor.

So a Land Rover Discovery??? I thought Ford and Land Rover parted ways?

I feel like the Honda Element took this concept and got it right. The Element had a lot of the same functionality and features (right down to the removable center console cooler) but in a less alien-looking package. It was still weird, but weird in a way where you could look at it and it would make sense.

I am definitely persnickety.

Marketing people can’t just ignore your emails all day, they need variety in their jobs like anyone else.
