That porsche is based on a Shuppan which was a road car, so I guess it kinda works.

That 1st gen Z4 has aged really well. Still looks pretty good today for an 18 year old.

I think Jag as a brand just cannot be saved. Since forever. The association with oldies is too strong. 

They could have updated everything but kept the essence of the original in the styling ala G-wagen. 

Aren’t all their other cars “modern” and “comfortable”? Don’t see why their most iconic vehicle and nameplate had to be watered down into another generic SUV which pretty much throws away a huge part of the original vehicle’s appeal, its styling.
