I never finished FF7 because my save file got corrupted both times, both times in the tower right before you recruit the red tiger.

I find that choosing Honor first, then followed by Tradition is much more efficient especially if you have raging barbarians.

Plus those wood camps are beast if you have alot of jungle tiles.

Whats annoying is when you inevitably go to war with him for his war mongering and take all his land, you yourself become a warmonger in everyone else's eyes.

Very similar to how EA stated SimCity would not be able to do singleplayer or offline mode because of some new system they built to make the game work.
