@Inkiw: X-Men Origins: Wolverine was pretty decent. Not fantastic, but a fun romp nonetheless.

@Hello Mister Walrus: If they write it like any of the X-series have been written in the last 10 years or so, then it'll be chock full of mutant lovin'.

@gurfinki: Also Arkham City and inFamous 2

@kasika: "In fact, he copies (badly) ideas that simply cannot be put into movies and done correctly. "

Someone's got MMO's on their mind. First sentence should be Final Fantasy VIII #corrections

@ThisCharmingMan: I've figured that this is where dogs started chasing cats. First, they chased their own tails. Then they turned INTO cats and continued chasing their tails. Then whenever they saw a cat after that, instinct kicked in and the chasing began.

@yoNaturale: Makes it even worse if you did what I did, where you sold a bunch of stuff off early to make some money and then found out "oh shit, you could've mostly completed half these shop quests if you hadn't sold things you had no idea you needed later on."

@SupaKero: I've been tempted to sell it after I tried playing through it a second time and just couldn't do it. I enjoyed my first playthrough, and put in a fair bit of time just messing around, but it still needed some serious work. So if they manage to fix what needed fixing, and put in some more variety, then I'll

@doctorrobert: Agreed on the Facebook crap to infinity. I don't want to deal with that kind of junk, and having it be the only way to get things is a total slap in the face for paying players.

@tetracycloide: Depends on how they do it; if they have you obtain items like in ACB, then the idea should be shunned and never approached again. Only way it'd work is if you could buy the materials.

Apparently this marketing group doesn't understand geography. When I say I live in Canada, my region should not be somewhere in the UK.

@Faux Bravo: Assuming you've got most of the stuff from before (flight training, etc.) the only really big cost I've noticed is the Master Flying talent, which lets your flying mounts hit 310% speed. Its cost, with Revered rep, is like 4200. So it's expensive. And you have to rebuy a bunch of talents, so there's a

@Odin: I just played for the first time today since the talent changes happened (I've been at 79 for like two months and figured I'd hit 80 to justify getting Cata. Mission accomplished) and it's not exactly a piss-off to me as it is hard to adapt.

@Methossa: I'd say Chrono Trigger did as well, though that depends on which ending you got. But definitely, definitely FFVI.

@Platypus Man: Don't forget Cyan's Doma nightmare sequence, too.

@madcatz: Also known as Novembeard.

@Rolyatkcinmai: I don't know if I'd call it the evolution of the stealth genre, mostly because it removes the focus on stealth in the game. In earlier titles, you needed to remain in darkness, not be seen, hide the bodies, etc. so that you weren't detected, because if you were, either it'd be an instant mission fail

@excaliburps: Agreed. Changing things in sequels is often seen as needed to pull in new players, but it ends up annoying people who're already fans of it.

@Rolyatkcinmai: Oh, absolutely. It was one of those series that the first time I tried playing I got impatient and frustrated with the emphasis on sneaking. It was only on a later date when I gave Pandora Tomorrow a go that I enjoyed it. So I understand why they took gameplay the way they did, but it still doesn't

@excaliburps: It wasn't that it was a bad game per se. It was just a serious departure from how Splinter Cell games always were. If it were a different series altogether, I'm sure it wouldn't have gotten nearly as much flak as it did.
