We need radical action. A national strike. Occupation of all state houses where abortion has been banned. I’m not advocating that we kill all Republicans, but that too would be a rational action by the majority. They have crossed a red line and there need to be serious consequences.

They are on Team Trump. But fine, let’s forget the tantrum. I see no reason why White House officials less than 20 feet away from the Oval Office would make that up. It happened. But the key take-away from yesterday is that Trump knew that the attack on the Capitol was coming before January 6, and he let it slip that

The state of the nation is terrible. I wish Biden would admit it and finally say he is not running for a second term.

Ha Ha!

You forget: someone on the right wing of the Court leaked the opinion over a month ago. It tested what our reaction would be. We failed that test.

They are telling us what they are going to do. Why aren’t we setting fires in the streets in these states? Where arre we? Where are the 80 Million Americans who supposedly care?

We know his tells by now, right? That’s an admission. Also, it reads like very good Trump parody. But it’s reals.

The past 6 days are all you really need to digest in order to know about the future of the US. It’s finished. It’s done. First, we have a liberty taken away from us (yes, all of us), and we didn’t revolt, as we should, as that’s the only appropriate response. Second, we learn that the former president really did want

We should be setting fires in the streets by the millions. The minority is now taking away our rights. Roe today. Obergefell tomorrow.

They are still calling us hysterical. I had one Gothamist commentator tell me to breathe into a paper bag.

I think the GOP now wants to repeal Title IX (and other sections of Federal law). We shall see what they do when they control all three branches.

The city would have spent its money more wisely if it just sent all the vehicles to Africa, and/or had Moab dealers buy the usable off-road vehicles off our hands.

Apologies, I thought the 1983-1988 Cougar and Thunderbird were the same platform in the US. I was referring to those.

Because the police response has taken over the story narrative since day 3 after the massacre. No one gives a shit about the dead ninos at this point.

The vast majority of cops are.

Yes, we get it. The good guy with a gun narrative has been incinerated. But let’s not lose focus. The focus should be on the number of and easy access to guns in this nation, not the police response to massacres.

And we liberals are just letting them win. There will be no street fights. No real resistance, aside from some symbolic marches. No national strike. No real civil disobedience. Our nation was never free. But now the majority is about to be oppressed by the minority. That's going to hurt more than we think. It will

Right? It kinda looks like a Holden?

I like the Jenner as well. It’s clean a d has zero rear or rear quarter visibility issues. It is a clupe of its time. Far better than the Thunderbird/Courgar of the 1980s. This is personal sport luxury done right. If we Yanks couldn’t have the Skyline, and the Merkur was long gone, then give me this, I guess (which a

Agreed. But he’s been there long enough to be a key member. Problem is, there is no Rolling Stones without Charlie. The band has been put to bed. It’s finally over. There are times when a band should fold after losing a key member. Pixies lost Kim Deal. Joy Division lost Peter Hook. ZZ Top lost Dusty Hill. You can
