Dude’s awful, yeah.

But if he was making a “company chat” specifically to talk about the acquisition and acquisition related questions and people start asking him unrelated questions about policy, HR, and Raven QA I can see why he’d ignore them.

Also: Dude’s awful.

Yep. I had a launch Xbox One, and I have a launch Xbox Series X.

The Series X is great. My primary console right now, other than Switch portable stuff. I think I played 5 games total on my Xbox One - it was slow, had a lot of weird features that no one wanted, and was never sure what it wanted to be.

Does anyone

Yeah. I’m just not sympathetic at all to anyone who gets fired because they refuse to take a safe, free shot that will protect them and everyone else. Actually, I understand it may not be something they want to do and I sympathize about that, but I also want them to act like an adult and just go get the fucking thing.

I’m not sure I ever thought it would make December in any meaningful numbers, so this isn’t really a surprise.

Still disappointed, as someone who pre-ordered one 8 minutes after they were available.

As someone who generally loves Star Ocean (and thought IaF was okay but needed work) this is... underwhelming? I think I’d like it a lot more if the main character didn’t look so flipping ridiculous.

Seriously, that hair. Yowza. Everyone else looks like standard Star Ocean characters, but the MC looks spectacularly

Yep. And that’s not nefarious, either. It’s... kind of smart.

Blizzard has a ton of issues and they’re already very public. Having Blizzcon again (without anything huge to announce, most likely) is just setting themselves up as punching bags. Again.

If there’s ONE good thing about the Dukes of Hazzard remake movie, it was the part where even the hillbilly fuckup main characters get the General Lee car and are like “why the fuck is there a confederate flag on it?”.

And then they get made fun of and yelled at a few times in the movie while they sort of sheepishly do

This is a case where they really should have left it in. Dude’s an asshole idiot and the game takes place in the 80s, when it was much more acceptable to fly the southern treason flag. There’s nothing positive about its depiction here.

But I’d have to settle overall on “I don’t really care, and removing it certainly

One thing about FC6 is that they seem to have toned down the complete ludicrousness of the random minifights from FC5 and New Dawn. Been playing for 3-4 hours and I’ve only gotten into mid-road firefights or clusterfucks a couple of times and they’re less intense than the previous games.

They seem to have streamlined a

What this is, is a way to lower their overall risk and cost of keeping the PS3/Vita versions of the stores open.

So long as they’re transacting money there, there have to be additional controls, oversight, regular audits and lots of other things. But if they’re just transacting made-up “Sony Bucks” then it’s a much

This is exactly what I thought of. Making a simple process into an in-world event is something creative people do, and it’s both really neat and sometimes very annoying. :)

This is the result of removing stagger from most enemies and all bosses, yeah. You can’t do the insane combo stuff as easily.

CP is basically your only real resource management.

To get Gald quickly, you can fish and sell fish. Or eat food that ups droppable items and sell those. You get money really quickly (note: I have the premium version and it came with 100k Gald, but I’ve never dropped before 100k and am currently sitting at 220k or so

I hope the fruit dresses provacatively.

The real answer is “do both”.

Make changes in your games so they objectify women less. That’s minimal and positive, but giving undershirts to some Sexy Wimmins is one of 100 thing they should be doing. So do that AND do the other stuff.

The other stuff is a lot harder and can take a lot longer, so hopefully (yeah, I

I’d probably wait for a patch, because the game is rad but it’s also undependable right now. My rig is also pretty great and it ran fine for awhile and then became nearly unplayable (multiple microstutters per second during firefights, etc.) later.

Amazing game, though.

I’m running a 3070, and it ran great for the first hour or so. And then I started getting these micro-stutters that became more and more common.

It’s an interesting complaint. It basically says “You can’t pre-sell something without an explicit release date”, because that’s basically all that’s happening here.

If they play Tank! during the show it will go a long way towards making it good. Or at least, nostalgically good.

Getting Yoko Kanno on board is really the best thing they could do.

I didn’t think John Cho was a good fit for Spike at all, but in these pics it looks like he’s nailed the feeling of the character. We’ll have to see how it pans out, but I’m now cautiously optimistic.

Two days ago I assumed this would be a dumpster fire, so that’s a big step up.
