I don’t get that attitude, if I have a broken foot I’m not going to let you break my hand too because it’s not much worse.

Gamers are not smart people. They can use words in convincing combinations that resemble sentences, but there's nothing really there.
“But look at how detailed the wood on the mane is!”
The fact that there’s not a single comment here that supports keeping TikTok around in its current form tells me that you all really don’t know your audience. Or care.
Multiple things can intersect and be true at once if you consider the history at play here.
Pretty much this. All we ever hear from anti-ban folks is complaints about losing access to content and complaints about people who use tiktok for a living having to do something else for money. I’ve yet to hear anyone actually addressing the issue causing the push for a ban in the first place.
So if I understand this correctly, the allegation is that TikTok is a massive security concern that’s sending all of our user data to China’s government. And the response against that isn’t addressing said allegations, but instead pointing out that there are funny memes and stuff on it?
I believe the topic in question is that this app is a national security risk, so I don’t see how “tik tok should exist because of the funny memes” is a relevant defense against that.
Since all of the gizmodo family editors are doing these, can someone do “top 50 white nationalist recruitment propaganda on tiktok” next? How about “top 30 illegal/cruel tiktok pranks”? “99 tiktoks that induce body dismorphia in teens and teach them unhealthy/pseudoscience ‘cures’ for their perceived inadequacies 🤫🧏”…
Wish they ignored the russian leaks and went forward with their dark matter plot to really strengthen the ending.
For me it was the story that drove me, and the gameplay/open world took a back seat. For some reason, the combat just does not click with me and I’ve played through both games and still just can’t “get it.” The stealth doesn’t feel good and the action combat is too frenetic for me to really click with trying to pick…
To you. It does not sound like fun to you.
Remember when the gameboy was the third pillar?
Exactly. This is the company the denied the existence of the 3DS up until like, 3 weeks before it’s reveal, if I’m remembering correctly? Nintendo denying rumors is not, and has never been, any indicator of the credibility of said rumors.
This looks fantastic. Really hoping it sells well so that we can get more games in a similar vein. Also really hoping they remake Star Ocean 3. I actually find the twist fascinating, though I wish it would have been its own game instead of part of the Star Ocean universe, but trying to play it these days is a bit…
Shout out to Valkyrie Profile!
Thank you for typing out what I was gonna say. I will add though that I’m usually against the 2D to 3D conversion, but this is how you do it!
Diplomancer + Decent Damage makes Swords bard *insane*. Nothing like being able to single-handedly clear out the adds so your heavy-hitters can focus on the boss. Take a dip into Fighter for archery initiate and you’re every bit as powerful as the eponymous fighter, only with more non-combat utility.
The CHA part of it is likely also why you see Sorcerer, Warlock and Paladin at the top of the rankings. You get various utility *and* can be the face of the party
I think you have it backwards - it was PS4 that is was recalled for. It worked passably on Xbox One. Really the game never should have touched the last gen consoles. I played on a Series X and it was fine - no buggier than any other big title at launch. Friends on PS5 report about the same.
