Mister Gradenko and I were considering road holiday, but being New Yorkers no one will take us without a 14-day quarantine.

As it happens, the Psychedelic Furs Pretty in Pink came on right before I saw this.

Came here for the Saabs. Tom wins, Jason runner up for Swede, Swede love.

Dang, and just yesterday I clicked on the link to automagically extend my points through the end of the year, seeing how all my holiday plans are cancelled.

Two of these things? I had no idea. Nice trainspotting. Err, ‘botspotting :)

Nice.

Whenever I see an F1 in that livery, I think of this guy:

Dang. Not surprised. I was a latecomer to the original movie; SAC was OK leaning towards good.

I would watch the hell out of that. Especially in cutaways to Archer hitting on the Major . . .only to learn she’s a cyborg and that never ends well.

No joke, the Great Patriotic War is super important to Russians.

OMG yes. And get Diana Rigg’s name right.

So the thing about the seventies is, yes child abuse was totally played for laughs.

I went for a drive around most of Manhattan Sunday morning. I hadn’t driven in over two weeks and thought the car could use a stretch.

I read Gravity’s Rainbow before Covid made it cool.

I got as far as V12 Italian Shooting Break with FWD.

OMG even before this article, the opening song was still popping up in my head periodically.

Ya know, Mister Gradenko and have discussed repeatedly in pre-Covid times how much we hate the governor, that he’s a jerk who sounds like Christopher Walken, and what an ass he is in general. In additon, the Mister also works in local TV news and has stories about all the mayors and some state politicians going back

Agree though I kinda slumped in the middle, partly waiting for Mister Gradenko to have time to co-watch. I gave up and finished it this week.

OMG you watched Until the End of the World? Which version? There are like 21 cuts of that film. It’s notoriously high-level Wim Wendersness.

I dunno the volume but Mister Gradenko was running low, and so bought about $200 of cat food.
