I could write a book about all the dumb/embarrassing/awkward things I’ve said! I’m surprised I haven’t been fired yet.

Sometimes ‘but I like me’ is my only reaffirmation. It keeps me going even when it seems like I’ll forever be on the outside. I know I’m a good person and I do good things, to hell with everyone and their POV about me.

This is so brilliant.

If you use a Retin A product DO NOT use a depilatory or hair wax on your face. You will chemically/physically burn your skin off. I speak from experience. I use this cute little electric pencil-sized trimmer to get at the peach fuzz on my face. Works pretty well except I need to trim often (every 4 days). I’ve been on

I’m with you, sister. I’ve been a bridesmaid four times (and this Saturday will make 5), and it is the worst. I love my friends and cousins, but I wish I could enjoy their special day as a regular guest. I have two exactly the same David’s Bridal dresses styles in two different colors (it’s that dress featured in the

Ahh, I am literally addicted to my Retin-A product (Tazorac). I don't think I'll ever stop using it. It costs me a $350 a year as it's brand and my insurance makes sure to charge me for it, but its amazing and I get compliments from strangers about my beautiful skin.

Cut dairy out for a month, and get back to me. I swear it was the whole reason behind my very painful cystic chin acne. I'm on a regimen of BC and retin-A now, and my skin has never been beautiful. But every time I eat dairy, I can expect a painful acne cyst on my chin in a week. I eat a lot of sugar otherwise, so I

Do you eat dairy? I found that's what gave me the worst, most painful cystic acne. I've gone off milk completely, but every once in a while I'll have the urge to have ice cream and can expect to have a cystic acne pustule a week or so later.

My sis had a similar harrowing experience. She was stuck in labor for 27 hours (after her water broke), her dock insisted on vaginal birth. Her son was born with a septic infection, and stayed in NICU for 2 weeks.

I dunno. My sister was stuck in labor for 27 hours (AFTER her water broke) because the doc insisted on a vaginal birth, and her son was born with septicemia and stayed in NICU for 2 weeks. Her daughter was born via c-section and she says had she known how easy it could be, she would’ve insisted on a c-section the

I've been married for a little over a month now, and I still have difficulty getting the word "husband" out when referring to my better half.

I love this story!

I had a beach wedding so of course I was excited to wear nice comfy flip-flops. I bought these cute wedge sandals from Tommy Bahama.

I've never heard them called "ice-pick scars". :/

I got hunk this month too, and had the same reaction. I never wear lipstick, but now I'm thinking maybe I can pull off bold colors since Hunk seems to look pretty good!

I just canceled my Glam Bag this month, so March was my last bag. I'm kind of regretting it :/ I never really experiment with lipstick but I got an awesome shade of NYX Butter (Hunk) and I've been wearing it out, so I might take the step to be more adventurous with better quality lip products in the future. I use the

My husband had a nasty cough recently and would wake me up in the middle of the night, and I was plenty happy to spend a few nights in the guest room. He made me feel so guilty about it, though!

My husband and I absolutely have separate bank accounts. We divvy up the household costs (split the mortgage and pay our share once a month, cellphone, water, groceries, etc.) and then the rest is our own. I trust him completely as he trusts me, but we were both established adults with jobs before marriage so we've

I recently got married. I got hair extensions that were just lovely, I had my hair and make up professionally done, and was at my thinnest since high school. I was at the apex of my beauty. I know I'll never look as beautiful again. Everyone told me I looked "pinterest-worthy", but when I look at the pictures I wonder

I got married on a cruise ship. As soon as we got on the ship, I passed my dress off to the wedding coordinator to get steamed/pressed. Didn't get it back until a hour before the wedding the next day, and it looked like a hot wrinkled mess. It was a bit too late to worry about it then, so I just rocked those wrinkles
