To be honest, it's one of the cheapest cars Mercedes ever made, but for people up to 6'8" the airbags (side and front) work great, the headroom is astonishing and the amount of adjustments in the seat and steering wheel is perfect.
The way I see it: Spending $700-1000 on decent winter tires is a hell of a lot cheaper than the automotive repair and possible hospital bills you'll have to pay if something goes wrong.
