This is a good point, but I counter it with PC users not actually having to need to upgrade for the simple reasons that they do not need to because game software simply isn’t that demanding if you are satisfied with them looking similar as the current console generation.

If I recall, it is called system parity which means that the game should be same essentially on all systems in both content and visuals to please console manufacturers. Naturally the PC suffers the most from this as PC gamers would have the most to gain if such artificial mechanism didn’t exist.

As a Warhammer 2 modder, can confirm. Modding for TWWH2 is extremely limited. You cannot even add new 3D data so creating new units is limited to using “parts” of already existing units and new textures.

Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight? Maybe. Jedi Outcast and Academy? They had great lightsaber combat.

Sometimes it is. Especially if a sniper is hiding in bushes prone and you are in the open.

Last time I took a IQ test done by a psychologist, there was only one test where you could get an edge in if you were highly educated (listing synonyms for words), but that part of the test wasn’t really part of the regular IQ test regiment if I recall, but since I had neuropsychological testing I had some extra

You’re missing the point. I didn’t say hosting large solutions on said service is impossible, but prohibitively expensive. I can assure you, Reddit probably pays way more long term for using AWS than they would if they just self hosted in a data center. Yes, even with an IT department hired to run it. But try telling

As a professional, I wouldn’t reccomend ANY of these from personal and professional experience unless you are doing very minimal hosting aka. you don’t need bandwidth barely at all because if you do, you’ll quickly find out that these cheap and convenient options are abhorrent choices for anything bandwidth intensive

Some people are just way too eager to exchange tyranny of governments into tyranny of corporations.

Something like this?

My thoughts exactly. I’ve rage quit this game on PS2 like 5 times now because I just started feeling boored for battling trivial encounters and that taking my time.

How so? You can even set the PS4 as that accounts primary system so you can even use the account native to your own region to play it and get the trophies on. Am I missing something?

Well, yes, they are unless they are gaming related. Usually comics would fall under io9 so that’s why I’m a bit confused. It’s not like cross posting this is some kind of crime, but considering the previous actions of some Kotaku staff, I’m more inclined to believe this might have some political agenda hidden in it.

You can just create an account for different region right? I know it is not optimal, but shouldn’t be a big enough problem if you really want the games in the bundle.

Who knows? It’s a good article, but it being posted on Kotaku almost makes it seem like some there is some kind of agenda behind it since it is so irrelevant to the core content of the site. Weird.

Denuvo mostly prevents modifying the exe file which basically makes modding pretty hard unless the game comes with mod toolkit. Stuff like messing with shaders, textures or such can be often done without manipulating the main executable however to the plausibility of any of the listed modifications lessens

Taste is subjective. You on the other hand sound like someone who didn’t like his content to begin with so why are you even replying to me? And I bet you like plenty of content produced by dumbasses. You just don’t either know or realize they are a dumbass (for whatever reason). But out of sight, out of mind, eh?

I dunno, but I can tolerate his content just fine despite not agreeing on all his views nor being the same ethnicity as him so I’m guessing the problem is in you.

Like I said (and in my opinion rather clearly), if you can’t aka. are unable to separate an authors personal life from their work, it is your loss aka. you not being able to enjoy the content any more because of their personal views, it is your loss, aka. you lose the content since you can’t tolerate their opinions.

Regardless of his personal opinions, if a viewer can’t separate an authors views from their art, I guess it’s their loss.
