Drugs are like bullets: Good when used for the right reason, bad when used for the wrong reason- But our drug laws need to be killed, burned, and the ashes buried at the bottom of Yucca Mountain.

Yep. My survival strategy is that I’ve already learned how to build water filters, generators, and composting toilets, do some organic farming including raising and butchering livestock, hunt, track, and fish, and I’m learning a good deal of first aid and herbal medicine.

The Aussies are a good choice- Hard to train, but extremely loyal and protective, big and strong enough to go toe to toe with a wolf and come out alive, super smart, very resilient, and good in pretty much any terrain/climate.

Simple explanation: He makes movies like Lone Ranger and Pirates of the Caribbean so he can afford to make movies like The Brave and Happily Ever After.

I like my survival plan. Hoarding supplies just makes you a target for everybody who wants your stuff. I still have stuff for 3-7 days on hand- Just basic camping gear, some canned goods, and a couple essentials- but beyond short term I have a different approach.

That’s been my theory for quite a while- That Denver International is basically Greenbriar West.

Look at the pictures they released from the war room- Bush is standing there looking like a lost child, while Cheney is barking out orders to the joint chiefs.

I’d really like to write that one off, but there’s just one thing I could never get past- Any time a commercial airline goes off course by more than a slight margin, the Air Force sends a couple fighters to make contact. It’s been standard policy, and done every time since the 70’s..... EXCEPT that one day. They say

You can’t pull yourself up by your bootstraps when you have no boots.

I was actually just planning to do something similar- I’m a street artist, and occasionally have to fight to produce and sell my artwork.

You forgot the most important one: A minimum wage increase only helps those who have jobs. Despite the issues with fast food robots, automation is becoming more and more prevalent, and as we move forward, fewer jobs will actually *need* to be done by humans.

I don’t get it. I honestly don’t. I understand some of the benefits to a consumerist society, but when consuming things, rather than producing them, is a fundamental part of your self-image, I just find it sad.

While part of me appreciates the artistry and attention to detail, ewwww. Just eeeewwww. Long nails have always been pretty much a deal breaker level turn off for me.

Now, Stuart- Do you think a kid like that is going to know what the queers are doing to our soil?

You know what? I’m okay with this.

Jesus, that looks terrible.

1) END THE GODDAMNED DRUG WAR. Institute the kind of infrastructure and social safety net that makes crime less likely in the first place.

Veterans were mentioned on a few occasions, Rubio touting a bill he had something to do with, but no real clear plan was articulated how we could fix the absolutely dismal way we treat our soldiers returning from the battlefield with psychological issues and horrific wounds.

Also, therapy. Find a therapist. You might need to go through 2 or 3 before you find the *right* one, but get into therapy. It’s a ton of work, and can take a couple years before you start seeing real change, but so worth it.

I would rather be stuck in an elevator with 6 cigar wielding chain smokers and a guy literally shooting black tar heroin right there on the floor than be in the same building as someone that uses chewing tobacco.
