People who consider themselves pencil aficionados owe it to themselves to experiment with other lead harnesses. Especially if you’re going to wax poetic about “soft, but not too soft” when it comes to said hardness.

Theoretically, the VIN plate might be worth something to someone looking to do a “ship of theseus” style build-up.

I feel you’re being extremely generous to dub that a “Tire Wall”.

Was thinking something very similar. Hey Bernie, remember the “North America is a shit-hole” comment? At least K&R isn’t a growth industry here.

Sounds amazing to me. Why travel if you’re going to eat in restaurants that cater to travelers? In my experience, there’s little difference between the hotel restaurant at the Radisson in Hsinchu, Taiwan and the Radisson in Milwaukee, WI.

Yes, the real question will be “How LONG was it off”. (Assuming it was ever on.)

Did you mean East of 15? ‘Cause west of 15 is most of San Diego proper, the coastal cities (La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, etc.), and you know, the Pacific Ocean.

By “completely dismantles”, you mean “points out how Duckworth acknowledges how the idea overlaps with other tests for success” and then makes this big highlighted passage in the side-graphic:

The Poe’s law is strong with this one.

The only crime here is that Chevy/Isuzu don’t import the 4WD versions of the crew-cab trucks to the US market. Some of the trucks the Aussie’s build on that platform are friggen’ amazing.

Another related tip for the phones where this trick works: The volume rocker will work as the “shutter” button to take the photo.

Or you could, you know, learn to drive a manual.

True story: I know a person who separated out driver’s license, and a credit card or two into a small wallet to carry while participating in a fly-away wedding. Over the course of the evening that microwallet was lost/stolen and said person needed ID for the return-flight. TSA at O’Hare accepted said person’s Arizona
