Proud, really? This whole things has just reminded me that the gaming community as a whole is one of the most selfish and vitriolic communities on the web. Ask them to pay for content and they resort to harassment and death threats.

I dunno though - without the platform and its publisher, those mods wouldn’t exist. Why can’t they be compensated as well? Or is it the percentage they’d get that was in issue?

Really? Your trust in a company that actually listens to their community and reversed a major change based on feedback has been ruined forever?

cool - this sends a nice clear message from gamers who just play things to gamers who are so passionate about their hobby they gain a level of professionalism at something related even at the expense of their health, well-being, free time and fiscal sanity.

Technically the blood that splatters on you does have an effect. It heals you if you hit the enemy fast enough after taking damage. Damaging the enemy in a way that doesn’t draw blood, like hitting them with a torch doesn’t heal you, making it fairly clear that it’s the blood that does the trick.

If you think their game division is keeping their company alive you are very misinformed.

I’m not that bummed, honestly.

Why is this not an actual game? Somebody needs to make this happen!

Reverse racism doesn't exist

COMPANIES SHOULDN’T HYPE UP THEIR GAMES BECAUSE I LACK THE SELF CONTROL TO NOT BUY THINGS!

Why would you buy a system for a game without even a release date? If you buy a system for a game that’s not out, that’s on you.

0/10 trying to hard.

You could easily fill these comic bubbles with all sorts of dialogue. What really makes this comic gold is Falco’s expressions.

Really? A remastering is out of ideas to you?

Damn it’s been that long?

If I were inclined, I would make a mod called “Sour Grapes” and offer it to all of the people crying over paid mods.

I’m almost done with my mod. It removes other people’s mods, leaving just my mod, which mods out people’s mods. I’m thinking $99 is a fair price.

and in this case, silly overpriced mods.

What’s wrong with this though? Are you going to give social commentary about medieval MMA when you’re browsing a gaming journalism blog?
