My only guess is because of Uplay, or whatever makes the game constantly check for an internet connection for drop-in multiplayer like in Watch Dogs.
You know, I'm now really curious how much time and money is spent on QA testing. Everything in that list just looks like something that should be fixed through a normal QA inspection. If it was something like, you equip certain items at a certain mission then the game freezes, I could understand missing something like…
