Systems are made up of all the little people inside of them. Learning about those people’s experience will, in aggregate, teach you about that system.

At this point it’s inferring C.K.’s guilt after people have said he ISN’T the person they were talking about. Obviously they could be pressured or coerced, but somebody, somewhere, needs to make at least a substantive allegation against him before he gets nailed to the wall.
