If Sega won't localize it themselves, I wouldn't mind Atlus helping out. Even if Atlus (in JP) doesn't handle the localizations, at least Sega and Atlus USA are a bit more connected now. I know it's a stretch though :(

Yeah, I feel that her character (and potential) was bogged down because of the stupid story in both XIII and XIII-2 (More so XIII-2).

Well, when it comes to Lightning, I find her character confusing, but I like her design. She never had any real chance to shine in any of the games (maybe Lightning Returns will be different).

While I do agree there is a lot of hatred for this series just BECAUSE it's another FFXIII game (and the first wasn't so great), I don't think it's fair to tell everyone they're wrong about what they're feeling here.
