P4/5C is a road car but retains its entire race powerplant. In the case of that car it is registered as a 430 Scuderia, so it can drive on the road.

I love the way those cars look. A used model of this car, post depreciation hit, would make a perfect first car for any teenager. It looks great, drives well, has a decent engine, decent space and is very safe. Perfect. Especially in metallic red. Or blue.

God damn start-stop engines. Fucking irritating as hell, supposedly “green”, but the one fitted to my 118i will only last about 30 seconds before it starts up again because the A/C & radio will eat up the battery quickly if the engine is not on. It is stupid, it’s not saving anyone, it’s only making it more dangerous…

Here in Brazil they sell it in “base” trim, like mine, but they prefer to sell the M sport version too. I’m sure you can order one if you wanted to but it’s hard. It’s expensive here, too, but so is the GTi.

My BMW 118i. 4 cylinder turbo engine, nothing particularly special, I don’t even have the big wheels on it. But press the sport mode for the suspension and pull the gear lever to S (it’s not a manual and I’m glad), and it becomes a little RWD rocket that really puts a smile on your face in the twisties.
