Worse… or better?
Worse… or better?
Bill votes for whichever candidate is being supported by the last cute female canvasser who knocks on his door.
I hope Bobby’s demands as a chef don’t prevent him from getting to a few open-mic nights for a tight set of prop-comedy.
Could be worse. Could be in Austin.
In the sense that you would probably say Return of the Jedi was really bad compared to the other two, as was the popular opinion before the prequels?
I was pleasantly surprised about the B&B revival as well. Though I think you’d have to go out of your way to screw up a premise like “dumbass teenagers getting into wacky shenanigans”. I thought the "adult" segments were a nice touch.
These pretzels are making me want to be a fusion chef!
Can I ask, completely respectfully, to explain this mindset to me? I’ve never understood the idea that a bad sequel(s) could ruin something prior. It just makes no sense to me. Do you do enjoying a band’s album if a later release is garbage? Or like an artist’s work is different if their latter work is crap?
I vote for either Joseph’s half-sister Kate, or Dooley.
To be fair, King of the Hill and Star Wars are in different boats because (per Disney marketing) we’re supposed to view the “Skywalker Saga” as a single story, whereas nobody looks at King of the Hill and thinks “yes, this is an ongoing epic. Boomhauer’s latest antics at the gun club will surely have vast repercussions…
I have enjoyed the new Beavis & Butthead episodes quite a bit, so I’m inclined to think this is going to be good too.

I only saw one Matrix movie and it was pretty great. The sequels do not exist.
Much as I’m sure we’ll all miss Johnny Hardwick, they have a great opportunity to have some meta-fun here by recasting Dale and then occasionally having someone else comment that “something seems a little different about you...” in a vaguely suspicious manner.
The “fusion” is just adding nutmeg
This will be good. And it isn’t, who cares? Hollywood does not have a time machine. Making crappy new shows does not go back in history and alter how I feel about old episodes I do like.
What until she sees his take on “Spa-Peggy and Meatballs”.
I’m excited, as revivals of long-dead comedies are always great and don’t have a bad track record of sucking at all!
“Episode 4: Live Frito or Pie Hard - Bobby’s twist on Peggy’s famous Frito Pie recipe becomes a sensation in Dallas, which puts them at odds.”
I just binged the entire series for the first time and feel ambivalent about this.
