I definitely agree about Ticketmaster sucking for a multitude of reasons, but there's still plenty of concerts for smaller acts that are under 30 bucks.

Here’s what I don’t get: why are people so up in arms about this, but then other race swaps, like Nick Fury, weren’t hated? I understand he was black in the Ultimate comics (and was also modeled of Samuel L Jackson), but then I would think people would complain about the movie using the race swapped comic version.

I think the Jungle Book has been the most tolerable out of all of them. 

Plenty of people have already made fun of her for having far apart eyes. This is not groundbreaking commentary. 

And since people keep showing up, Hollywood will continue to pump it out. Only when these projects start to bomb will they think "Oh, maybe we should start thinking about creating new IPs we can milk."

... What? I’m pretty sure Alex is talking about the fact that a lot of the ANIMATED movies that Disney has produced plundered folklore. They then go on to try erase the origins and claim the concept as their own (eg Peter Pan).
