I instantly go "Waaaaaant!" when seeing the Grid-It. The problem is that if I throw it in my backpack, chances are when it comes time to pack up I'll either be in too much of a hurry to put things in it nicely, or too lazy to do so, and end up just throwing things in like before. And yet..still resisting buying it.

@thick_as_thieves: And just as he was trying to put his little deer lips down to the cool, clear water..

I use a combination of LauncherPro+, Desktop Visualizer, and Smart Shortcuts. Screenshot'ed and made all the icons myself, and found a clock widget to skin/compile/install myself. I originally made it for Halloween, but hey, it kinda works for now too. And it's a good movie, even if the Oogie Boogie man still creeps

@CrimsonEden: I would suggest going through the apps listed in AppBrain, they have filters that can show you good rated/popular/ect. games. Right now my favorites on my phone are GameBoid (GBA emulator), BitBlocks (tetris clone), Zenonia (like Zelda with levels), Dungeon Hunter, and Farm Tower. Thinking of buying NFS,

@ThePhysician: *stamp of approval* Not that my opinion matters much, but I very much like your ideas. And thanks Giz for posting these every day, I enjoy looking through them (especially the apps).

@Natael: I just read today that the D2 Global is getting an update, so perhaps this will solve your problem (if you have a Global, of course). I dun have that phone, so can't be sure, but what I would do is look at what you've installed/changed recently. Main targets I can think of would be launchers and things that

@lodolfo: @Hasteur: Admittedly, I've never seen the series, but yes that would be awesome. My inspiration was one of my favorite Scrubs episodes where something similar happened (plus being unable to focus and pondering such things as this and the attention span of grapefruits).

@Qurtyslyn: Oh sure why not. It would be really cruel to choose It's a Small World for everyone. I'd prolly end up rocking in a corner repeating "Make it stop.." no matter the song, anyway.

@MikeS.: Well, if the monkey is a witch I have an idea of how to find out..

@4th_Dimension: 26 Euros and this reaaalllly shiny paperclip!

@Flail: Well since I didn't specify, any style you want is fair game. After all "[Singing is] just like talking, except louder and longer, and you move your voice up and down."

@Shadow-Lurker: Let's say yes, just to be a bigger pain. *grin* Plus it seems quite bothersome to kill everyone around you every hour, even more so if it's your family.

Would you rather.. A) Have to sing everything you say, or B) Have everyone around you burst into the same dang song every hour ..for the rest of your life?

"...please forward the unsolicited email to spam AT gawker DOT com" I find it funny you anti spambot'ed your email meant for spam.

I've been meaning for months to go through all the entries in Keepass and change those that have non-generated passwords, and this event has finally kicked me into doing so. So thanks!

@HardwareWars: If you haven't seen it yet, you could watch The Island. Its story is very similar to that.

@Extric: Your Account > View and edit your browsing history > Delete. Enjoy the amusement in all its original glory : D

Zagg is also having a 50% off sale on nearly everything until midnight MST.

My family's not this into tech yet, save a some of my uncles (and even then, "I have this Blackberry for work" != tech savvy..at all). Immediate family is pretty good, dad's in IT and mom can understand things if you give direct explanations.

Not sure I like it, really. A few things that bothered me:
