The British tabloids admonish people to treat a (white) adulteress with kid gloves because she happens to be pregnant. When Meghan was pregnant, they tore her apart daily because she’s biracial. But that’s not happening. Only the Duke & Duchess of Sussex are being criticized about this issue. Again - they are not criticizing Prince Charles or Prince William. I have no sympathy for this woman, nor do I have any for people who fail (or crime) upwards due to their privilege. She needs to get what people get for stealing an ice cream sandwich (years in the slammer).

My biggest take on this issue is that the same people who decry Kaepernick are outraged about OW’s treatment at the hands of his jailers, but to protest American police brutality has been framed as unpatriotic.

I’m with you - I think he’s guilty. I wanted to root for his innocence, but the longer I listened, I recognized a guy who lied all the time, every day, to everyone he knew to appear a certain way.

They can’t throw you out for being black. Which is what they did. And the lunch counter people broke the holy law because of racist shits, and they were right to do it.

They did intend to do business there, the same way everyone else was doing business at the Starbucks. And again, they weren’t told to leave by employees - they were asked “if they needed help” and said that they were waiting. And within 2 minutes the police were called. This is not normal at Starbucks, where people Read more

They were hauled out for no reason. Just because the Starbucks manager dispatched the police to throw them out doesn’t mitigate that. She called the police because a black man asked to use the bathroom. If she asked them to leave — which I dispute because I saw accounts that she didn’t confront them about leaving, Read more
