Young cats play rough with each other - it's important not to reward it. My current 7 month old rescue meezer is fetching right now - he gets mouthy on occasion - I act hurt if he bites too hard and he'll stop. Whatever you do, don't play rough with a kitten - you'll get a rough cat.

I signed up for yoga (at my therapist's recommendation). I think it will be good for me, though I'm kind of nervous. I'm shy and overweight (size 16) so I keep thinking about how it'll be awkward or that what I'm wearing will be out of place or something. Any tips?
