One of the ALMS Safety car drivers, Jason Altzman, tweeted me a few photos during the race:

Finally, the Nissan DeltaWing will be able to live up to it's full potential.

LMAO re:Bernie comments!! Hahaha!!! So true. Watching Petite night time practice updates on my Twitter feed right now. Have a great time. I'm sure you will.

Ha! Yeah, I think COTA's eased up on some of their camera restrictions. NY has money, and I know Bernie wanted to capitalize in it. Bernie has never given a shit for the fans. I guess I'm surprised Jersey didn't step up to the plate more, but I've been hearing rumors for a while that there was a war brewing between

I think we just have to look at BK as a driver without an editor/publicist. Lord knows what some of the other geniuses would say. He's not even half way on the redneck scale compared to certain other NASCAR drivers.

You forgot to throw the France family into that mix. You pretty much nailed it.

Btw, my Twitter feed just blew up. Apparently, the New Jersey F1 race was just postponed. CRAP! This announcement didn't come from Bernie. Supposedly, a formal announcement will come tomorrow from the Mayor of Hoboken, NJ.

Did you see the time he tweeted about wanting a contest on a track between Indy, F1, and NASCAR drivers? THAT was stirring the pot. Go for it BK. Honestly, most people I know and a greater part of the USA, could give a dead rat's ass about motorsports. It's football or baseball. He really shouldn't be knocking other

It's rough. Being American, my love of motorsports started out with NASCAR. It will always be my first love and the Motorsport series I probably know the most about. I love rally, V8's, F1, IndyCar, ALMS, MotoGP, you get the idea. I do not watch NASCAR for the wrecks, but that's part of it. There's wrecks in all

Major Lulz. I bet he got a shit ton of,"wtf are you talking about?" Now he's on a blocking spree. Perhaps he should be checked out for a concussion along with Jr., since some of his tweets have made zero since lately.

Holy crap! Really? Wow. He has gotten a lot of heat for his comments of late. He should expect that though. It's not like he dropped that tweet last night and everyone agreed with him. Most didn't, including motorsports enthusiasts and reporters. Can't believe he blocked you. LOL. Time to hire that publicist, BK.

Between his comments about race cars and concussions, his Twitter feed has been cringe inducing lately. Like someone else said, it's good he doesn't have a publicist to voice his opinion, but on the other hand, yikes. I'm a BK fan, but he should think before he presses the Send button.

That awkward moment when Montoya's engine catches fire or when he wrecks.

Nice, thanks. I knew about the Recaro seats, but hadn't seen them yet.

Ayup.

Waiting to see the interior. Hoping Chevy didn't skimp.

Gunnar Jeanette tweeted this last night, for those saying his helmet hit the ground:

Thanks Alex. RIP Dan Wheldon.

Ha! Yeah, as much as I like bikes, when it comes to Dakar, I'm very much into the cars and trucks. I follow bikes and quads, but there's nothing like watching a truck fly over or down a desert dune. It's pretty much 15 days of awesome.

Porsche, @Bakkster, @NobodyFromOppo and @DVMSteve, aka, Dusty Ventures, and I all tweet each other. Dusty isn't on as much, but the rest of us tweet each other frequently. Dusty and I do DM each other desert and dirt racing info. I was very happy that Porsche's GT Class article was on the FP of Jalopnik! Bakkster Man
