4th Gear. As someone pointed out to me while talking about this car last night, this isn't just the year of the dragon, it's the year of Golden Dragon. Apparently, this only happens every 60 years or so and is considered quite lucky. Plenty of dragon themed Supercars coming out of the Beijing auto show. Next year is

Hope not. Ha-larious.

Morning Shift, Dakar edition.

Sure, that's a risk, but one worth taking, IMHO. So far, we've mixed it up civilly in this post. I can understand opposing view points for leaving it as is. It should be set up like NPOCP, where you have the option to just click a button and not have to submit a comment. That would alleviate some of the squabbling.

While it's interesting to look at, I'd want to restore it and possibly drive it. It's cool as is, but shouldn't be allowed to rot further. Perhaps when "barn finds" come across Jalopnik, we should have a Restore It or Leave It poll.

Heck yeah they are. Lightweight and easy to clean. I keep one labeled for "squirrels" and another for "others."

I do have a fascination for road kill and carry a spatula with me at all times to scrape interesting finds of the streets. Perhaps I need a custom spatula for bikers? I also need heftier Hefty bags.

Between this emotional piece, the Indian article earlier, and other posts of yours, I think I've found my new favorite author. I don't always have time to read every article on Jalopnik, but I will always read your work. Thanks, BP, for your thoughtful contributions to Jalopnik.

"It's a perfectly Bentley, oversized, overweight, useless, ostentatious, and AWD." Chuckle.

LMAO! <3.............

Heh. That pretty much sums us up. Half serious half asses.

Lamborghini has previously stated they need to diversify in order to bring in revenue to continue research and development of their Supercars. This is a step in that direction. I don't have a problem with a Lambo Urus, nor did I take issue with Porsche pushing out the Cayenne.

What the authors should have added is that Piech has stated publicly, since 2008, that he wants Ducati. He owns and rides a Ducati and has long wanted this brand.

Hmm, weren't we just having this discussion B? LOL [jalopnik.com]

Agreed. You know my love for Ducati and BMW bikes well, so yes, reality hits me hard.

Images of the DeltaWing testing yesterday in the rain.

Cheers, you cheery bastard. Audi, as a company, will drop Ducati like a hot steaming turd in three to five years. This was an ego purchase by Piech who has long lusted over Ducati. Within the next three to five years, it will rest on Piech to invest in Ducati and turn that ship around, something he is more than

Heh. That was my first thought. Pretty cool to see it done with cars.
