Maybe I’m a bit neurotic, but on planes (and movie theaters) where you plan to occupy a seat that many others have occupied before you, I make a point of bringing a hooded sweatshirt or jacket because the idea of putting my head in the same dirty spot just gives me the willies.

At the very least, it makes it probable they will only get to protest once - you get convicted of brandishing your weapon threateningly or having it someplace you shouldn’t, suddenly you’re a felon and legal gun ownership is no longer a privilege you are afforded.

It’s never too late for discourse if both parties are receptive to it... Even after the actual Nazis were defeated in 1945 there was plenty of discourse. Of course there were also hangings for war crimes... but yeah, discourse too!

They have no reasonable expectation of privacy when out in public like this. The government isn’t suppressing them or their message, so “freedom of speech” is out of context here.

But so long as they’re legally registered in Canada, you can legally drive them into and round the USA, right?

And you wonder why people describe the denizens of this site as ‘hostile’...
