The route was the center of controversy here.  It is obvious the NY Times reporter was unaware that Tesla was monitoring his every move and lied about where he actually went in the car in his report.  All CNN needs to do is take a logical route from point A to point B to prove this is well within the limits of the car.

Did they source the front glass from a Model T?

Any of the FWD, V8 monstrosities that GM came out with.

This is one of the episodes that makes me wonder if Top Gear has a purpose anymore.  Their reviews come out months late due to their production schedule and they are just rehashing all the old competitions.  There really isn't much new.  They are out of ideas.

Rollin Coal. You have to be an asshole to put 5" stacks on your truck and drown every car behind you in the acrid smoke of your poorly tuned diesel.

The sport package seems like a good deal to me. That is $2k well spent, IMO. The "technology" crap isn't so great though. At least MB gives you the option to avoid all that unnecessary stuff.

That's the first thing I wondered too when I saw the interior. They have a huge 3 pointed star on the grille, but I guess the interior designers forgot what company they work for.

I like new Cadillacs, but the slab side treatment is growing a little old. With the front/rear ends so highly stylized, it looks like they forgot about the middle.

It would have been nice if they had made direct comparisons between N/A and turbo models within a model, versus comparing it to other makes. The article seems to strongly favor Honda, Mazda and Nissan models, irrespective of fuel economy.

Celica "Action" package. You certainly won't be getting any action in this eyesore.

My fav. part was Jeremy's conversations with the Lexus navigation operators. Beyond that, this episode didn't do much for me. There were a lot of missed opportunities in Vegas and the dogfight at Willow Springs was neat, but far from original. It just seems like the producers are unwilling to push the envelope like

As far as lack of technique goes, this recent one is pretty bad.

To the farmer in all of us? Most of the Rams I see have pristine beds with exhausts louder than the big rigs they are trying to imitate. The owners are insensitive bastards who are more likely to roll coal in your car window than give you the time of day. IMO, the modern full-size truck owner embodies what is

My god. It's full of cars.

Does this immunity apply to anyone while at a USPS office?

I liked this review. It conveyed much more information than the "other" site and gave me a much better idea of what to expect from this car. Good work!

The loose snow landing area was the only thing that saved this. Still, it is remarkable that it was even able to make the 2nd jump. I'm not so sure about a 3rd attempt though. :)

The BS story and the fact that he repainted the car right afterwards leads me to believe he was trying to avoid getting arrested. Charge the guy and lets get this over with.

I wonder if they RIOlize that neither of them EXCEL when trying to PANDA to an internet audience.
