The more I see this guy's work the more I like him. He's totally genuine in my book. (e.g. crazy and good nature-ed) He probably has an army of squirrels getting ready to do his bidding armed with miniature slingshots.

End of the month / End of Quarter / End of the Year / End of the day.. it's the perfect storm. Management is usually absent, and they wanna meet the Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly numbers and if you go late in the day they wanna get the heck outta dodge and go home to their New Years Eve parties.
