I’m wondering why go Protege5 over a Mazdaspeed Protege?
I’m wondering why go Protege5 over a Mazdaspeed Protege?
He wasn’t loud enough, and he lacked the same inflection he has in the films. Took me a minute to realize it was in fact really him
Years ago I saw something like this in SW Oklahoma, though it was an actual 80s style El Camino someone had grafted the F-Body Camaro nose onto. I dubbed it El Camaro...only ever saw it once, but it was glorious
Our 07 Odyssey had the sunroof buttons to the left of the steering wheel with the sliding door buttons. Thankfully the next generation Odyssey rectified this mistake and put the sunroof controls on the overhead console in front of the sunroof
I was debating whether to post this. I had an 88 and it was exactly the same. That and there being no interior release for the hatch was mind boggling to me. When the key suddenly stopped fitting the lock it just meant I couldn’t open the hatch anymore.
My 92 Saturn SL2 had the window controls on the center console behind the shifter as well. Never driven another car like it since
The ones I’m talking about are the old bog standard 80mm case fans. We had to cut the wires and scotch lock them together, but it worked every time. These were for old XP rigs our district used to use as teacher computers
I had mine for 10 years, it had about 74k on the clock when I bought it. Had to replace the battery once. Only other serious problems were an intermittent oil leak that ended up being caused by a bad oil sending unit, and the transmission would slip from time to time, but that was fixed with a transmission flush. …
I mean, 99% of the time its a non issue, its just on the rare occasion you gotta replace the battery they couldn’t have made it more difficult if they’d tried
I’ve done this on my last car (98 Stratus ES), and I’m right there with you. *Technically* you can do this without removing the tire, but honestly its not worth the hassle and risk of damage to the car or battery.
This is kinda like if the fan in your computer’s power supply goes out. You *can* replace it, I’ve done it many times, but most of the time you just throw the unit out and get a new PSU.
Cabin filter in my 13 Mazda3 is where the floorboard meets the center console/dashboard at the firewall. I have to go into the passenger side footwell and remove a panel and a couple of parts, then I can pull out the bottom half of the filter. After that I have to get the top half to drop so I can pull it out. Then I…
Failure to yield right of way. If there is a car street parked in your lane, you have to wait for me to clear the oncoming lane before you can go around. Most people around here in giant ass trucks just go around the offending obstacle and fuck all to oncoming traffic
I always try to be the last car to stop rolling in hopes of alleviating any confusion about who goes first at a 4 way. It almost never works...
Our 07 Odyssey would haul ass even with a full load, our 2011 we replaced it with, which is equal or superior to the 07 in every way, feels a lot more reluctant to get moving. It’ll move, it just doesn’t feel nearly as willing to as the 07 did
I’ve never had that problem with mine. Torque steer has only reared its ugly head when I’ve gone looking for it
I had a 99 Mazda B3000 in metallic green and loved it. Its a color that is far to good to be as underutilized as it is
I’d love to have one but new they were just outside my price range, and used they still cost more than I’d like to spend when my MS3 only has 57k on the clock
I put my 2013 Mazdaspeed3 in and with only 57k on the clock they’re offering me $13,471. Tempting to be sure, but not tempting enough
A number of years ago there was a Chicago dealer I think that was offering a free Dodge Avenger with the purchase of any other Dodge product. I feel sorry for the poor saps suckered into leaving the lot with two Avengers...
