By all accounts, Keanu Reeves is a really, really good dude.

Of all those guys, I think Keanu is the golden exception. Not the highest fan of his roles (bar John Wick lately) but everything I’ve read about him as a person restores my faith in people.

Tea. Earl Grey. Hot.

Alt-right term? WTF. ‘Snowflake’ is just a term. Its been around forever. Usually used when calling someone a ‘special snowflake’ meaning that they feel they are even more unique then normal snowflakes.

If above is considered art cause some art douche decided to read way more into it then needed to because his degree demanded it.... sure I am ok with that standard.

A lot of art is just memorabilia.

Despite her works selling for millions, there are still critics who despise Kim Kardashian.

That’s not the point I was trying to make. I was pointing out the counter-argument the “art world” likes to make and their resoning behind it.

I’m not a part of that. I know I can’t make millions, and have never tried. I can make the crappy art part, but having the balls to ask millions for it with a straight face

Agreed. If someone told me I could paint a big canvas half yellow and half blue, and sell it for 46million, I wouldn’t have bothered with this engineering degree.

was the runner up a photo of a piece of carpet a dog scooted across?

Don’t practice your art skills, practice your BS skills if you truly wish to make it in the art selling world. Otherwise, live for your art regardless of the monetary value.

We had one purchased at auction when I was growing up. Being mostly used off-road trees provided ample braking power.

Fair. Though quite a number of Jeeps were driven on roads during the war. Especially in Europe.

just take a look at this video clip I randomly found showing a soldier in 1940s Berlin struggling to bring his Jeep to a stop in a straight line.

Serves you right for not paying the tolls.

Wait, now I’m just envisioning a Nerd/Jock planet...
