Truffeauis a moron. You can quote me on that.

Francois Truffaut- of course a French guy would say that. What a dumbass.

The Warcraft 3 story is too big for a movie, they should make it a TV show instead. The culling of Stratholme alone can be subject for a movie, or at least two one hour episodes. Or the orc rebellion and stealing of the fleet.

Just another reason not to go to freakin Australia.

“assassinate him” - really ? come on...

Are kids today really that stupid ?

Lots of tampons commercials. Mostly women are watching the show, and there is a lot of blood in it.

I didn’t like brains when I was a kid, but now, fried pig and calf brains are two of my favourite things to eat. But only when they are fresh, straight out the animal’s head and into the frying pan.

He’s got Jesus level plot armor, literally.

Wun Wun could have picked up two corpses and smash the Bolton army with them.

Wun_wun had to die because he is very expensive to put on screen, it’s either him, or a dire wolf. But the way they handled Wun-Wun in this episode was just so incredibly stupid.

They spent all the plot armor budget on Jon Snow and forgot to give the giant a big stick.

Good camerawork and special effects, but the battle itself was just stupid.

Earth and the Federation are not the same thing. Human society is supposed to be a utopia, free of discrimination. Genetic enhancements are illegal, you keep them a secret to protect your parents (in case of Bashir, which reminds me, fuck the Dorne storyline, I love that actor).

What bothered Takei is that Sulu now seems to have been closeted. This is Star Trek, it has an idealized human society, there should be no need for someone to stay in the closet.

Yeah, so ?

Lets talk again when/if this car is finished.

It’s ugly.

That’s why I’m asking, I know it has to do with oppression, and the need to see someone like you (race, sexual orientation, religion, etc) doing well in the world. I’m just curious if a person that feels oppressed will relate less to people of other race/sexual orientation/religion, etc.

I know how it is to live under

Just curious, can you only identify with people of your own ethnicity ? I grew up in an all white environment (Eastern Europe), but whenever there was a Jackie Chan or Eddie Murphy movie, or Family Matters or the Prince of Bel-Air on TV, no one said they felt they can’t identify with the people on the screen.
