They're different, but guess what? Apple has good business practices. Slowing down competition and securing the market. Do I approve of it? Not necessarily, despite liking their products. And it is VERY possible that there is some sort of infringement here.

He makes a good point, he isn't stringing together words. Why would I pay for this, when I can get a more functional product for less? Sure, the iPod touch has a smaller screen, but it has more features than this. I think you're better off spending more, and getting WAY more with a XOOM or a Galaxy Tab.
