I’d rather see a displacment limit (say 3.0 liters), a rev limit (say, 18,000 rpm) and NOTHING ELSE. If you can dream it and build it, you can run it.
Just like anything it’s all well and good in moderation. Some of these cars here look pretty awesome and are done just right and good for them, but then there are some that definitely cross the line of good taste and sensibility (even safety) and those people I take issue with.
Stretched, unsafe tires do not belong on public roads.
