As someone who has felt for some time that the most recent iterations of CoD have been pretty childish and simplistic, I really love the larger, asymmetrical maps and the fact that the world feels like an actual warzone instead of a paintball arena.

I worked QA on Black Ops III at the El Segundo Activision location, placed by Volt. We were paid a base wage of $10/hour, and initially the hours were 8am-6pm Monday thru Saturday. Crunch time we worked 7am-7pm every single day of the week.
Maybe he does now, but it has taken a while. Xbox has been improving, but it has still been a disappointment to gamers and to Microsoft this generation. Let’s not forget he was an executive making decisions that also helped usher in the Xbox One media sports console back in 2012.
Phil is a gamer himself. I am assuming between his experiences and data collection teams at Microsoft, they have a pretty good insight into the wants of a gamer.
Same. I honestly think he should be the mouthpiece for gaming in general. He speaks well, has a vision and has a good presence.
Despite issues with the Xbox One, I’ve felt that Microsoft has pushed very hard to evolve the industry while being receptive to consumer desires.
Must have studied a lot of Reggie’s Nintendo work before MS hired him.
Ignorant question, so I apologize. What does “milestone” mean in this context, asking as someone who’s not overly familiar with game dev.
I would feel so uncomfortable in that kind of culture. Then again, I would never have the chance to work there but that kind of environment just screams problematic.
Was really not into alcohol before Rockstar but they certainly changed me. It was kind of a “join them or leave” kind of deals. I managed to avoid drugs until shortly before I left, but thankfully it was mild.
The company had a tendency to pay for tons of food and open bars, which was great. And I would hate to see…
yeah reading it I thought he had a few relatable thoughts in spite of sounding rather obnoxious.
I think this advice was a lot better than what nerdlove provided. You should certainly try to communicate your issues to her before calling it quits. A lot of the people in the comments are honestly just unnecessarily butthurt. This guy just seems like a young inexperienced guy with legitimate concerns, stop taking…
I think the fact he even considers “she” could really be a 4/10 is enough to reveal he’s an ASS. Maybe their relationship isn’t compatible. Maybe he’s just insecure because he’s never had another relationship.
But it says more about the LW that he puts so all the emphasis on her and her supposed faults for his…
I’m going to play Devil’s Advocate:
VIII is still my favorite. VII was the first one I played, and I was so excited after finishing that I pre-ordered VIII. I loved the GF’s, even if I suspect my carpal tunnel really began from pressing the damn button to power them up. I loved the characters, and the way that they were a bunch of dorks one moment and…
The only thing i miss about Sim City and Skyline is lacking is the humor and charm.
As a person who has played neither game, I haven’t seen a video yet that shows how cities really are. Where’s the urban break down? Where’s the poverty? Where’s the trash?
As much as I’d love a beautiful model city that sits in the lobby of the billionaire investors office, I’d also really like to see a game show a…
They have added new audio and stations to listen to. But typically I have it down low enough I cant hear it over whatever I’m watching or listening to elsewhere.
You might like the most recent parks dlc then. I haven’t tried it myself but it looks like it adds a mini theme park builder to the game.
Simcity 2013 is honestly just a extremely simplified city builder, everything has been toned down to the very basics. You can’t really compare the two in terms of scale as City Skylines is more akin to Simcity 4 as an actual sequel.
