Are you SURE this is miku software and not facerig? pretty sure that might be just facerig since they added anime characters like this, or perhaps a custom model made for facerig.

From what i seen of the game it is a goofy, unpolished mess that runs terribly. Also apparently the facial animations are just whacky and look worse than the original mass effect.
