In Star Wars I don’t see the battle droids as worse than using enslaved humas bred for war. Not to mention that other droids are clearly portrayed as sentient and some are even the heroes in various stories. Battle droids are dumb because they are cheap and not because of being droids.

As a tech focused Shepard I loved robot enemies in ME2 because they were basically allies.

I used the horses more in Breath of the Wild but the new towers are a bit too good and I find it much easier just to launch myself and glide to places.

There are also armor pieces that give you extra attck power in cold environments but don’t protect from the cold. The upper part makes Link look like a water bender from Avatar and I like dow extra designs show up on the armor when the effect is active.

It amy sound ironic but I’d say the usual asset flips and such aren’t good enough to be considered for the ranking. A game has to have a sertain notoriety and people need to know about it for it’s badness to be felt. And if a huge IP like LotR is attached that certainly helps in that regard.
