Making a game look old takes effort. Today’s bad looking games are the ones that take a bunch of generic store bought assets and apply filters without rhyme or reason.

60 is nice to have but a consistent 30 is very playable.

I think AI actors could be beneficial when used to act according to a uman written script while reacting to the actions of the players.
