I have proper Hella E55 projectors in my ML320 that I setup myself using a cheap eBay headlight housing and replacing the garbage projector that came with it. Worlds of a difference in performance and no one flashes me. Projector/HIDs for the win!

I am here in defense of the aftermarket HID head lamp one. Yes the 30 dollar ebay 8000k HID kits that people put into their reflectors are really worse than anything but, if you do it right they're good. Oh the Pulaski Skyway... and Turnpike. Two highways I drive almost daily. LOTS of tolls on turnpike and the Pulaski Skyway is super dangerous but sort of a good place to speed if you're into that sort of thing.
