The Classic Car Club of Manhattan is looking for hard working, dedicated people, with references, to detail our vehicles and maintain our facility. We have recently moved to a new location at Pier 76 and are looking to hire additional staff.
I just bought an E39 M5 for $4000. It has 204k on it and a muffler delete and -BRAAAAAAAP-. It’s fast. It drives. I love it. It needs work though, tires and brakes and a worrying pull to the right. It was listed at 6500 and I think I got a deal.
Looking to work for undoubtedly one of the coolest car related companies in the Northeast and my employer? Check it.
This is a portion of a video that Aaron Brown, Brian Silvestro, Jovan Pabon, and I made of a 944 clutch replacement. This GIF is a moment of pure happiness, when that pin came out...
Can someone please tell me the paint code (PPG?) for these Ferrari wheels? Thx.
My aim here is to tell a story of a bond between human and machine, a brief fleeting moment of happiness that was almost too good to be true. I’m writing these words with sadness in my heart, a stark contrast to the happiness this car brought to me and others. Read on, as I’m sure I’m not the only one left heart…
There's my Miata in one of Mr. Regular's videos. Of course, I had given him permission to use that picture!
On a crisp Sunday morning at the end of February I was fortunate enough to have finally amassed the right set of items/abilities to be able to participate in one of the Adirondack Motor Enthusiast Club's fabled ice races. If you know me personally you would know that I have been trying to attend one of these ice races…
At the ripe age of 19, I feel some sense of pride to be able to say that I have driven and own(ed) two of the most common enthusiast cars in this price range. I am of course, talking about the Porsche 944 and the Mazda Miata MX-5 (NA/NB). I recently sold my Porsche 944, a nice example of an 1987 with under 100k miles,…
A wrecked 2002 WRX, drivetrain and interior and everything will be going in my 1999 Outback Sport.
I'm in LA today and have got nothing to do. Any cool road recommendations and anyone in the LA area want to meet up? I'm in the dirtiest ML you've ever seen with NJ plates.
No, I am not out to beat the cross-country record, in fact quite the opposite. I plan on leisurely exploring the country and living out one of my life long dreams (which I feel rather lucky to be able to pull off at the age of 19). I have wanted to do this since as long as I can remember, and my current situation…
As some of you know, I bought a crappy Subaru which died on me and now I am rebuilding which I have affectionately called the "Ice Express". I bought it specifically for the purpose of ice racing... I am working with a decal designer in the Northeast who sent me a first test print of my decal design, needless to say I…
This is what remained of my strut. Amazingly the car is still driveable like this although unsafely. That corner hasn't sunk down any either because the height is dictated by the torsion bars. This is on my ML320.
edit: sold. Thanks Oppo.
If so, what kind are you running? I got this set very very lightly used on eBay for 140 bucks (local pickup only in Stamford CT). Blizzak WS-50's in 235/65/R16 (as compared to the standard ML size 265/65/R16)
I'm trying to sell my 924 on Craigslist for the measly sum of 500 bucks, and this fuck head keeps texting me this shitty offer. I hate Craigslist.
